The name of the hotel has been changed to the red roof inn. It is still under construction but that doesn't get in the way of anything. The hotel is quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and modern. The only hiccup we had was that the hot tub was not very hot.... More

I stayed here on a trip to Montana, and It was nice. the hotel was under construction, but it didn't bother us because we got there late at night and left early in the morning. Breakfast was better than most other hotels. You can tell the hotel cares about the guests. We would stay here again.

We booked this hotel based on price. We are members of other loyalty programs but we just needed a place to crash for a night. Cons: -Flouresant lights in room are hard on the eyes and LOUD. It is annoying when it is right over your head in bed. -Room was very bare bones (as expected) but the carpet was... More

This is our second stay at this property and quite possibly our last. First of all, the positives: - The hotel is in a good location right off I-94, easy to find. - The continental breakfast has a decent selection and the breakfast room is large. - The staff is relatively friendly. Now for the negatives: - The hotel is... More

The price was right with the coupons, the staff was friendly and the location very convenient, However, the carpets and beds need to be updated. The carpet was filthy and the beds were too soft. My back was aching in the morning. The hallway smelled like smoke because their smoking rooms were at the end of the hall on the... More

Pros: Room was clean. Had a nice shower with a glass door. Tv was nice. Plenty of electrical sockets. Contiental Breakfast. Cons: There was an old cigarette burn on the toilet in our NON-smoking room. The walls were super thin and thus we were woken many times by people in the hallways and the rooms above at all hours of... More

On the way from Minot, ND to Detroit, MI we passed through Fargo and decided to stay a night. We had two doubles, not two queens.... More

My husband and I (plus dog) were on a cross country trip when we stayed here. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was definitely the best one for the price. All rooms are nonsmoking and very clean. Good assortment for breakfast which is included in the price. Good price - booked online. Conveniently located near the freeway and close to many restaurants. We stayed two nights and will stay again if we are back in the Fargo area.

The hotel was about $30 less per night than the other area hotels. The rooms are very small, but clean and all we really needed, although there was no bath tub, only a shower. The pool/hot tub area had overly strong chemical smell and looked like mould on the ceiling rafters. The continental breakfast was acceptable but not a lot... More
