Clean and up-to-date rooms...very nice. The only downfall about this hotel is that they should have a 3rd elevator. One spends a lot of time waiting for the elevator especially during a busy weekend! The restaurant has great food and the pool side bar is convenient.

There was no continental breakfast. The carpet on the main floor was dirty. Two of us stayed in a room and they gave us one bottle of water and others were $2.00 each. The complimentary coffee was extremely strong. We did not get good directions from 2 employees on separate occasions. Had to call security at 1:00 a.m. for loud... More

We usually stay here. It is close to all places we need to go. Had a certificate and they let us use it on our room. We really appreciate it.

I have statyed at this hotel several times and am never dissappointed. The rooms are clean, the bes comfortable and the staff courteous. The food in Basie's is excellent. The hotel is in a perfect location - right across the street from West Acres Mall and just down the street from several other stores.
