2 am to 4 am very loud party in room next door, screaming F bombs, fighting, door slamming, loud music, drunken brawl. Management did nothing. Heater not working in pool, rude staff, bed short sheeted, room half cleaned. Had pre-paid for 4 nights. Big mistake.

We have been pleased with past stays at the Fargo HJ, but not this time. The issue was cleanliness. It is an older hotel and it really shows. The staff is great but the plaqce is beat up, dirty and in need of major work. Even the bath towels were not much more than thin rags and the breakfast was some of the worst I have had.

Even though this particular HJ had a good bar/restaurant attached, the rooms themselves were way over priced. They were clean, comfortable rooms to be sure, but because of where they are situated, it was noisy, loud, with many undesirables roaming the hallways and the area.
