The room I stayed in was super clean. I stayed 3 nights and the room was clean meticulous everyday. The breakfast was okay but breakfast area was very small. Andy the Front Desk Agent who checked me in was very professional and informative about the area. If I ever come to Waynesville I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

What a lovely place to stay with friendly service, lovely rooms, and very clean. Wooden benches are outside the rooms and a perfect place to sit and relax and view the mountains across the road. No cigarette debris outside was very enjoyable to a non-smoker. Breakfast was very good and area was immaculate. Would highly recommend..

This hotel is located and advertised as the gateway to the Smoky Mountains. The location is picturesque and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We stayed one night 5/15 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was roomy and clean - the beds are so comfortable.
