“NOT UP TO BEST WESTERN QUALITY”

I am a Platinum Member of Best Western Motels and have stayed in between 50 -100 of them since 2009. This Statesville location is in the bottom 10%. The rooms were not clean, the bed was way too soft, some of the pillows should be thrown away, the sheets were very old and wrinkly, found a bug on the floor... More

“My Stay at BW Statesville”

When my family and I arrived, everything was just as I had requested when I pre-registered. Check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean and as advertised. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and plentiful. I can't comment on the night, because I slept right through it!

The updated rooms include fridge, microwave, flat screen tvs, and very comfortable double beds. The desk and cleaning staff were courteous and helpful. “Great value!”

Great amenities and lots of upgrades. It was a nice quiet part of town with all the restaurants the next exit and across the street, a great bar/lounge at the Ramada. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating.
