We stayed here for one night. Carolyn and Andrew were lovely hosts and gave us lots of information about Robe. The room was very spacious, pleasant and had some outside space with a view of the sea, there was also a communal lounge. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely to be recommended. More

We recently stayed for one night and our hosts were so hospitable, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The beds and the pillows (which in many places are very hard and often not the best quality) were excellent quality and we were blissfully comfortable . We stayed only one night. Robe was a great spot to stop and we struck Gold when we booked Ann's Place. It was modren, clean and a very large room that was more than plenty. This wonderful little hotel is a real gem in calm Robe. It's a very friendly family who runs it for a couple of months by now (12/2011), so it's not really Ann's Place anymore :-). I guess it must have been refurbished because everything is just so "new" and "clean". Breakfast is home made / customized with a mini buffet.... More

The new owners, Carolyn and Andrew, do a great job of caring for their guests. Our room was very nice with a lovely private verandah, and view of the sea. Good walking distance to main shopping strip. Breakfast was lovely, and good to chat to people, both mornings. A lot of British people, so got good tips, on travel overseas. More
