I dont normally write reveiws, but I do make an exception for Marble Lodge. This stunning bed and breakfast perched atop the main hill of the stunning township of Angaston in the Barossa Valley is just the best!
The expansive and beautiful grounds set the mood for one of the best stays I have had at any accmmodation in Australia....

Marble Lodge caters to the upper-end of Serviced Accommodation. We cater for just two special couples, in 2 private self-contained Suites, luxuriously furnished. Each Suite has a queen bed with luxurious pillow-top mattress, its own ensuite bathroom, split-system reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms, plasma television, and open fires in winter; high ceilings and lavish furnishings, french polished carved furniture. A huge 2-person spa bath is shared tho totally privately between each Suite. Built of local marble, the magnificent Lodge is located across the gardens from the Heritage-Listed Homestead ensuring total privacy and quiet for guests. A short walk to great restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops and pubs. Wineries nearby. Tours can be arranged with pick-up from your door.
