First time stayed here in 2007 when travelling to Australia to visit my sister. After a 26 hour flight from the UK she suggested stopping on the way from the airport to hers and said why not go see the dolphins. We literally fell across the place and i loved it, after the last day and a half i found... More

This is where I always stay when taking the kids up to Tin Can Bay. It has modern facilities, a small pool and family rooms with bunk beds. It's nice and close to where the dolphins come in to feed and on the main road, across from the park and inlet. God value and convenient. More

Stayed here in February, have booked it for January but couldn't make it due to the floods, so they were happy for us to use this room at a later stage. Tin Can Bay is really small so I guess every location will be good, saying that, it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful very sunny weekend and we... More

Stayed there a night to feed the wild dolphins at Tin Can Bay. A peaceful seaside resort location. There is a nice little pool for the kids to enjoy and the dolphin feeding was certainly the highlight there. The feeling of wild dolphin right in the waters with you and you get to hand feed them is simply fantastic! The... More

We stayed in an upstairs two bedroom apartment for a night in order to visit and feed the wild dolphins the following morning. The room looked lovely and the view from the verandah would have been good if the weather had co-operated. The problem was that our apartment smelt like wet dog. It was from the lounge and the clothes... More

very comfortable and clean accommodation however, bitten to pieces by bedbugs (apartment 2) which the owner confirmed our suspicions and said that bed had had the problem for a while. Yuk yuk yuk!! More

We are really sorry about your experience. That apartment had previously been removed from our letting pool, undergone treatment and we had been given the all clear. As soon as you reported that the problem was still there, we once again took that apartment out of our letting pool and I am happy to report that it has now been... More

We were desperate for accommodation after getting stuck at Gympie because of the floods. We phoned Dolphin Waters and were releaved that they could accommodate us. The apartment was clean and spacious but more importantly it was dry. We stayed until the roads cleared for a very reasonable rate. Thank you Malcolm More

Like most people, we wanted to visit Tin Can Bay to see the wild dolphins who can be hand fed. I picked Dolphin Waters because of the good reviews on this site, and can guarantee all they say and more. We arrived the weekend of the huge floods that hit south-east Queensland, so we were cut off from the highway... More

We went up to Tin Can Bay for 1 night as we wanted to feed the dolphin so we rang this hotel on the off chance. The lady at reception was very helpful in giving advice where the marina was and restaurants. The room was of adaquate size and equipped with air con (which is a must) and a very... More

After booking and checking into a well known resort at Rainbow Beach, QLD we were horrified at the state of the rooms and the service we received. We opended the phone book and came across Dolphin Waters Resort at Tin Can Bay. We called them and due to the managers fantastic phone manner and customer service, packed up and shipped... More
