We just got back from Cedar Glen. It was our best family trip ever. We swam in the amazing creek, made campfires, played tennis and more. Climb Jacks Rock its the best view and hike you will ever go on. It starts steep but so worth it just ask the great staff about how to get to it! We also milked... More

We recently spent two nights at the Dairy Cottage over Easter weekend with our five kids. As it's large, we invited another family, also with five kids for the second night. Call us crazy, but we had a FANTASTIC time...!! 14 of us, 10 kids ages 4-14 , all comfortable in the Dairy Cottage. Nigel and all the staff were... More

We recently experienced a long weekend at Cedar Glen. We were a family of 4 and went fully catered. All the meals were fantastic from the bacon and eggs in the morning to the picnic lunch with quiches and sandwiches to the home cooked meal in the evening. We stayed in the Wallaby Cottage it was very comfortable and quiet... More

This was our second family visit to Cedar Glen. Our last stay was in the winter. We stayed in the Stinson Cottage which was immaculately clean, very comfortable, quaint and spacious. Fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, etc. The best part was the friendly horses who would poke their heads over the verandah railing (if invited) to munch on a... More

We stayed in Stinson Cottage for 2 nights in early November. The cottage was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances with a washing machine and dryer at the back of the cottage. Although we didn't use most of the appliances, they looked quite new. The cottage was cosy with a patio in front. We watched the sunrise over the... More

Being a clean freak, I don't deny that I had apprehensions about the cottage I was gonna stay in for 3d. I was worried that I would hv to spend some time cleaning up the cottage before it was "livable" by my standards. Alas, I didn't even had to touch the broom or mop thruout my entire stay! Pros: -... We stayed in the Stinson Cottage for two nights. The overall experience was extremely laid-back and liberating. The farm was so big, it felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves. Farm animals were aplenty too - there were peacocks, chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys. My two-year old grinned victoriously as he walked out of the barn with... More

Stayed in Wallaby Cottage for 3 days 2 nights. The feeling when we first entered the cottage was amazing! Being brought up in high rise apartment our whole life, this is really an eye opening experience. Imagine waking up at 6am and were greeted by a huge cow infront of yr entrance! And not forgetting wallabies and possum too! We... More

Stayed at the homestead as there were 8 of us altogether (4a4c). Very big room with 4 bedrooms, a tv room and a huge verandah with a pool table. The sights and the fresh air is absolutely to-die-for and the starry starry night is something that i will remember forever. Never in my life had i seen a sky that... More

Just over an hours drive from Brisbane makes this location one of our favorites! The children have a wonderful time - and adults too. The service is the same - smiling faces greet you, making you feel you are at home. Our favorite cottage - Stinson, awaited us, with magnificent views and a fire place fully stocked with timber ready... More
