I stayed there for a day. I went indore for a business trip. Overall experience was good with clean rooms and good ambience. Food is also good with better service. It is in the city my places of visit was very near.

Good hotel. Spacious room with clean facilities, with easy connectivity. Railway station and bus station are close by, and the airport is about half an hour away. Attached restaurants are good. Shopping is close by at the PVR mall close by. On the whole a very good experience. Complementary newspaper in the mornings were a good touch.

I Booked this hotel for my In-laws and truly they ware flattered with the Quality of food & Quick Service. Although Rooms are little bit old type but obviously it's not an new hotel. Over all i rate this hotel excellent as motive to impress my in-laws was complete.

best place to stay in indore. with having good food and services. staff is also very helpfull and decent. location is also very good. but only the thing which i found lacking is a parking space. the bakery i the hotel Bake well is also very good.

The hotel is situated in a central place. The staff and manager are polite and helpful. Bath towels, soap, small hair oil bottle and shampoo is provided. I have tried different hotels in Indore, recently I stayed in Crown palace, the best part of my stay was staff was really good and well spoken, food was addictive, overall I completely enjoyed my stay in a clean properly maintained room.

Crown palace service is very poor. There is no proper cleanthiness and room service provided. Breakfast buffet is not of good quality but diner buffet is good. Food delivered in the room takes lot of time. Room is not clean on regular basis, need to call reception and had to ask them to clean the room
