hotel samrat is the worst hotel in indore to stay,it's better not to stay in indore than to stay in samrat,rooms are in worst condition there are no mirrors in any room,very ill furnished & dirty bathrooms,they provide torn towels to there guests,they overcharge ur stay & their staff is very rude and ill mannered.

It was nice to stay in the hotel as the rooms were very big & cool a/c gave us a nice sleep. From outside it looks like a average hotel but the room service is excellent & so also the rooms. Reception people are very polite & Nice.
