Stayed at this hotel with a small group. It was billed as a 3 star, but we all thought it was more a 4+ star property. Spotlessly clean & nice public areas. It is not a hotel catering to Western Tourists, & English was limited to only 1-2 staff members, but service was very responsive, polite & pleasant. Good downtown...
