Hotel is fine for the price - clean and functional. Moisture is a problem with damp and peeling paint at the base of the walls adjacent to the bathrooms. Well back in Kaifeng again Aug 2009, and at this hotel, that I find on this page is called the "sunshine Hotel" all the taxi drivers know it as the Tian Zhong still, all the signs now call it the "Soluxe Hotel Kaifeng" even though in the rooms the books on the desk still say Tian Zhong, A bit confused...
