As far as I know, Hawaii International Hotel Mudanjiang is the only five star hotel in Mudanjiang. Rooms very clean. The restaurant was great! Cannot exchange money at the hotel. Too much smoke from cigarette smokers in the hotel and in the halls. The hotel staff are very nice, but did not speak much english. Taxies are everywhere.
