WiFi very good; mold on shower tiles otherwise clean; check in clerk did not look at me while checking computer for my reservation and asking me questions; in room coffee service inadequate; continental breakfast fine. Toilet too low for geriatrics. Don't know if hotel has higher toilets in disability accessible rooms.

Great hotel, value, and location. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough of the excellent service of the staff. My car broke down in Rocky Mount area and after being in Florida for the previous week, we were on our way to pick it up as it needed a new engine. We had a non smoking king and it was very nice. New flat screen TV, very clean room, nive lobby area and very friendly service. Looks like they have a nice breakfast area but we needed to get on the road so we did not try it out. For the money it was a good deal.

This motel has seen better days. The lobby is attractive and reception is friendly, but our room needed work, especially in the bathroom, where fixtures had been recently caulked instead of repaired. I have stayed at this interchange in past years and it looks as other hotel choices have become abit rundown and sketchy. The Best Western is just a little further down from the on/off ramps, quiet, clean and reasonably priced.
