We've stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times and have never been disappointed. These suites are truly 2 separate rooms which allows one guest to sleep while another person watches TV. My family arrived to this hotel only to find our room was given away to someone else even though the guarantee policy states rooms are held until 7:00am the next morning. Needless to say this was a huge problem given the time of night and having to make other arrangements.
