The value was great & rooms were clean, however, I inadvertantly left a very expensive Bluetooth speaker in the room & any attempts to speak with someone were met with stonewalling & voicemail. I will never stay here again - THE STAFF IS SHADY AS HELL!!!!!

We were impressed with the superb and sincere courtesy of all the staff. While in downtown Raleigh, it is very quiet. Rooms are attractive, well arranged, very clean. The breakfast and light supper at the top of the tower were very good.
