Located near an awesome mall with great restaurants. Half the price of the Marriott next to the convention center. Bathroom was small but clean. Noisy hotel.

Stayed here on a Priceline deal last weekend. Adam at the desk was extremely professional and polite and even printed off directions to where we needed to go the next day. The room was clean and just what I would expect of a Fairfield. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wifi and TV were fine. We did not eat breakfast,... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on February 29th (late review because of traveling) and was extremely disappointed with our experience. We arrived at 3:40 pm after running around all day and wanted to take a nice relaxing bath in the whirlpool suite we reserved for the night. When we tried to check in the person at the... More

This hotel has great internet VPN connection for business travellers (called iBahn). The hotel staff was friendly and location is good as it is away from the main road -- it sits on the crest of a hill next to another Hotel. It is less than a mile to stores and fast food. There had been some updating but the... More

Overall this place is very clean. Regardless of your reason for visiting the Raleigh,NC area, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel is close to restaurants, & shopping just off 440. The hotel is quite (as long as there are no school teams in (however mgmt was good about controlling the kids & noise). The rooms are decent size,... More

Raleigh hoteliers, because they are NC's capital city, think highly of themselves. Prices at the Fairfield-Crabtree are at least competitive and give decent value. Basically, it is everything a perfectly acceptable hotel should be... clean, comfortable, uncomplicated. Hot breakfast is tasty with good variety.

I am a Gold Elite member and chose this hotel for this trip because of previous good stays at this hotel. The room, bathroom and common areas were all clean, comfortable and well maintained. What made this stay exceptional was the helpfullnes of the night desk clerk, Adam, who went out of his way to assist me with a reservation... More

The inn is well-located not far from downtown Raleigh, the NC Art Museum, and the Crabtree Mall. We found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. The room is smallish, and the bathroom is fine. Both room and bathroom were very clean. Other than that, it was pretty basic - the mattresses weren't very comfortable, and the televisions are... More
