We booked a non smoking room, though the floor we were on had smoking and non smoking rooms next to each other so the elevator, hallways and our bathroom smelled of smoke. Stayed here with my wife for about 6 weeks while we found somewhere more permanent to live. Staff were great - we felt like family by the time we left. Rooms were nice, good location, great value for money.

Bed was worn out, no maid service, no coffee after 1st day. Heating system was either worn out or not working properly, it sounded louder than a jet every time it kicked on. Place was not very clean. Finding someone who worked there was tough. I averaged 4 hours of sleep over 2 days. Never book a room here.

The location was great. However, they could do a lot better in maintaining the general cleanliness of the property. My husband, 17-month old daughter and I stayed here while in town visiting friends. I was impressed with the hotel from the moment we walked through the doors. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was very "homey" and the level of cleanliness was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Before we went there, I reviewed several options... and what we found exceed our expectations... Really NICE PEOPLE at the front desk... SUPER COMFORTABLE beds... Nice view... and it's a really cheap hotel... OUR BEST RECOMENDATION!
