Just to let everyone know that after hurricane Irene, the Fin and Feather has closed and will not open. This motel was awesome and was in a great location, especially if you wanted to bring your own boat. I wish the owners well.

We love staying at Fin N" Feather. It is older and not fancy, but certainly clean. The gentleman who runs the place, Andy, is so accomodating and friendly. It is small so you have to book early to get a room with a view of the sound and not the causeway and traffic. Crabbing is available right off of his... More
