We were planning to hike part of the App Trail and enjoy the Hot Springs and our 1st choices to stay were booked. Lucky for us, because the Alpine Court was clean, comfortable, roomy, and convenient! We had a great stay and would highly recommend Alpine Court.

I had two thru hikers coming through town, called the number listed the entire day with no answer. Lost out on three days rental...sorry for you!

My friends and I stayed here after hiking on the Appalachian Trial, because we felt the Iron Horse Hotel would be too noisy being next to the railroad. I have stayed at the Alpine Court on several different occasions when the urge to hike the AT strikes me (the motel is right on the trail, which runs through the town). There are no complicated reservation systems and no expensive website...whoever answers the phone will take your name and date of arrival and that's it, you just show up.... More

This place is straight out of the 1950's....and much of the furniture including the linens and towels are from that era.
