Traveling on business. Price was good...about $ 100 per night. No bar. Decent complimentary breakfast. Very small exercise room. Room looked clean. Bath towels were of a lower quality, even one that was almost new. King size bed was comfortable.

Excellent facility, but I can't understand why a convention center area hotel would not provide free internet connection sufficient to get work done. There is an additional charge for all but the painfully slow connection.

This is a great no frills Fairfield Inn. Although the hotel itself is a bit dated, the rooms are immaculate and well kept. Beds are comfortable and the service is good, too. The free continental breakfast is well stocked and a definite plus. You won't be disappointed by staying at the Fairfield Inn, Hickory.
