We checked on this location and selected it for our next upcoming group trip. The rooms are clean , fresh -even spotless. The location is perfect, you can walk to dinner and shopping. The next day you can drive up to the ferry line just across the parking lot. We plan to visit again with a large group in April.

We arrived before our check-in time so the lady at the front desk gave us a pool pass and had us in our room within just a few hours. The pool was sparkling clean. Was a little weary after reading some of the reviews. However we were extremely pleased. When we first pulled up we did not know what to expect. Outside looks like an older hotel design. This place has it all--great staff--great location and in the perfet historical spot. I travel all over the world and the Villas is perfect. New management has made it the best spot in Hatteras Village. Total service.
