The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had great service for our entire stay. The pool was nice. The jacuzzi wasn't very powerful, but ok. It was very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Typical satisfactory Hampton service.

We had a great stay. The hotel staff is amazing: helpful, professional and very friendly. Our room was great and very clean. My daughter loved the pool. The only problem was that the jacuzzi didn't work the second day. They did have it looked at right away, but I was disappointed.

Hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are quiet and clean. It is a relaxing stay each time we come to visit. Breakfast is good. Breakfast area is kept clean. Great place to spend a night or two in Greenville. Good location.

This was a stopover on a trip to the Outer Banks from western North Carolina. We usually count on Hampton Inns for clean, quiet and comfortable rooms and a quick breakfast before we move on and this one did not disappoint. Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Wifi service was somewhat erratic but we could live with it.
