The city of Fayetteville has just rated this hotel "dangerous," and the owner has 30 days to corerct the many health and safety violations. The next step is to condemn the building.

Stayed here one night at promotional rate on July 15. Paid by credit card in advance. Two days later was billed 3x the promotional rate. Have called 3x in two days after receiving the credit card billing, but manager has yet to call to remove overcharge.
