“Great stay and city”

Stayed here on a multi day bicycle trip. Edenton is a great little town and the Hampton Inn was perfect. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Location of hotel is very close to downtown and the water. Would definitely stay again.

“Outstanding customer service”

We had a memorial service to attend for my grandson's other grandfather, making reservations the attendant was outstanding and empathetic and once we arrived, the same attendant was there and she was very passionate about her job and has excellent customer service skills.

A very nice quiet place to stay. As we are a family of 5 hey accommodated us in the one room with a kitchen. The location was easy to find and the room nice and clean ad a lovely comfy beds. The breakfast was f a good standard and they provided free parking. Would recommend, ended town is a lovely... More

“nice place”

I have been here several times about the same time of year. Swimming pool was not open but it was cool outside. Good breakfast. Great snacks at fromt desk (popcorn and cookies) We will be back next year same time.

I have stayed in lots of the chain hotel brands in the USA and many are a bit disappointing. Not so, this Hampton Inn. If they are all like this then it will soon be my default choice. Typical Hampton Inn. Great Business Center, speedy wifi, beautiful lobby. Easy to find location. Clean room, reasonable price. Outstanding Service!!! Night manager very helpful and accommodating, would stay here again.

Have stayed here before. Made my reservation one hour before I showed up. The travel site that I have to use doesn't have good room discriptions. When reading the verbiage never sure if its a smoking room or not. I chose the wrong selection and booked a smoking room. I show up and the night manager had pulled my preference... More

“Nice hotel”

We stopped here on our way home from up north. Beautiful lobby. We had a wonderful room on the third floor. Good sized bathroom. Microwave and small refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was varied including omelette and waffles. We would definitely stay here again in our travels.

“Hampton Inn Edenton fails Hampton Quality test”

I often stay at Hampton Inns and have stayed at this one several times previously. But this time was my last, staff attitudes were insulting, and "breakfast" was a joke, items on bar not replenished and attendant nowhere to be found, served myself, fortunately the kitchen left open and unattended! My advice, find another hotel in or near Edenton!
