This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. In the first room we were given, the cold water could not be controlled. It was either on or off (on- you froze, off- you scalded). We were moved to another room. This one had no drain stoppers, the sink drain leaked all over the rug and the faucet... More

Thank you very much for staying with us. As soon as we found out from you we switched you to another room. Plumbing problems can happen anytime and i am extremly sorry for the inconvience. We were very very busy during this duke graduation. We will work on all this problems. More

Made the mistake of not looking for reviews in a hasty effort to just get a room booked...BIG mistake. The hotel is very run down...I do believe there were attempts at cleanliness, but they were fruitless given the shoddiness of just about every aspect of the room and lobby. The carpets were very worn and stained. The bathroom was missing... More
