100 percent satisfied. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure they are taking care of all your needs. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was all served hot. I didn't use the pool but it was below my room and it was spotless. I will stay here every time I am in the Charlotte area.

Nice place but in a very congested area! Apparently there is a big race track in area...having said that, I also think prices are too high for your average people staying there, especially if there is no race at the time of stay.

The service was impeccable. Rooms were a good size and very convenient to the Concord Mall and restaurants. We have stayed here before and usually make this our destination hotel for the Charlotte area. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Great location.
