Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Charlotte Concord 185 once again on business and it was again so very charming! I love this hotel! The staff is so very friendly and accommodating! The breakfasts are yummy and the rooms are always clean and neat and welcoming. The value is always excellent and the staff always takes excellent care of me.

So this is a great location:: Right by the speedway, mall, museums, airport... BUT it is not the nicest or newest. Every morning the staff woke me up with their chatter in the hallway- not good. Clean but understaffed and not such great customer service. HVAC unit wasn't working properly and we had a TERRIBLE night's rest. Called front desk and then in the morning told them again. Checked out and not even an apology for an unbearable night!!! Won't stay here again.

A very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, nicely decorated, great accomodations! The only downside of the place is the construction going on right now. Good location if you want to cover different areas of Charlotte in the same trip.
