Stayed here as a bump from United Airways. Yuk. Very slow pickup from the airport, and rude desk attendant blaming me for missing their shuttle. Thank you Marriott for picking us up. Hotel seems like it is in a dangerous neighborhood.
Hotel room was low quality...old furniture, paint peeling, noisy AC (left off all day to save money.) Much of...

We rented two rooms for two nights for our family vacation to Carowinds from 7/8-7/10/11. I say it is the hotel from hell because:
1-No AC in lobby, halls, or elevator.
2-Room AC was mediocre at best
3-Housekeeping did not change towels & front desk was unable to give my husband more towels until 6am the next morning. My husband...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days while visiting Charlotte. The location rocks. It's seconds from the interstate, public transit, and South Blvd (which is a main road, perfect for getting anywhere you're trying to go). Minutes from malls, downtown, and sweet restaurants! (Try the Italian pie on East Blvd). The staff was very funny and friendly! I ended...

We actually changed our reservation en route after reading poor reviews about the hotel we had originally reserved. After staying 2 nights, we felt we made an excellent choice. This hotel is located in a decent area (a concern we had about the previously reserved hotel) and is within close driving distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.
The room was clean and...

My nephew and I stayed here after spending all day at Carowinds. The hotel was clean. It has a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. They have a continental breakfast which includes a waffle station, a fruit juice machine, boiled eggs, link sausage, instant grits, oatmeal, cereal, and assorted pastries. It's nothing spectacular, but it's great for a...

As a crew member for 20 years I've had the opportunity to stay at five star resorts and less than one star motels. I have to say my first stay at this hotel impressed me a lot which is why I continue to stay here when ever I'm commuting to Charlotte. The staff have all been very friendly, accommodating and...

I was in the area to take care of some business at UNC-Charlotte and also to visit friends from college. I needed a fairly inexpensive hotel that was also convenient to a bus stop. After a bit of research, I found the Quality Inn Executive Park with a $59.99 rate online. I had stayed here about two and a half...

This hotel had excellent service, clean and perfect rooms at a very reasonable price. I travel on the I77 quite often, travelling back and forth from the north and find this hotel as an excellent choice for a sleep-in. The amenities are perfect and breakfast is included. Many services are also included such as swimming pool etc.
Lots of positives, but a bit odd, as the first thing I noticed on entering the room was white stains on the carpet (they didn't come off - so, no fault of housekeeping!), and black scuff marks on the wall - a lot of grouting in the bathroom and very inefficient a/c, that remained humid and not too effective even...
