The bed was ok. Sink didn't drain. Room smelled bad. The lobby, coffee, and cereal/oatmeal were nice. The receptionist let us keep our luggage in the employee break room while we took a taxi to uptown charlotte for the day. When we returned, my clothing suitcase had been stolen... Travelled extra miles there because of indoor pool for kids Pool was closed - very disappointed Rooms were very poor, dirty and door did not close fully - loud traffic Stayed overnight and then next morning at 8am (broad daylight) car was broken into and much of our stuff was stolen Staff reasonably helpful Despite getting full refund I would... more

On my families way back from Orlando, FL, we became tired. I asked my mother to look on the internet for reasonible places to stay in Charlotte. She found this one which was right off of I-77 and had an indoor pool. My husband checked us in ok. We got to our ground level room to find.....the door to the... more
