If you are traveling for business in downtown Charlotte this is a good hotel. Quite, clean and a nice bar and restaurant. It's a bit further of a walk than say the hilton but do find the westin to be a bit nicer than the hilton. No Platinum upgrade which was a bit disappointing. More
