This place just looks, feels, and smells nasty. Stained carpeting, stained tiles, unfriendly front desk...go elsewhere.

Air conditioner is very loud, and can't be set up to just keep the fan on. Every time the unit comes on it wakes you up, then it goes off and you hear all the hotel background noise of doors closing and outside traffic.
Phone next to bed did not work. TV channel guide was outdated and incorrect. Wrong access...

Nice stay. Did have a fire alarm late in the night, though. Wish there had been an indoor pool, too. However, good overall stay and good room.
Stayed here because it was close to Carowinds and had a deal for one night stay and tickets to Carowinds.
Carowinds was fun and the hotel is only three exits away. It is also only about twenty minutes from IKEA and Concord Mills Mall (lego land store).
The hotel was older and needs an update. The pool was outside and...

Hotel was nearby what business I had in Charlotte; however, the location to downtown is not great. Average stay at an average hotel. No downfalls, but also nothing memorable.
This hotel was on I-77 literally one exit up from Carowinds. It’s the best place to stay when visiting Carowinds – promise. If you stay at the same exit as the theme park, it is pointless because you will have to sleep at a creepy dive hotel. The Hampton Inn on the other hand, had the most comfortable beds and...

Stayed at this Hampton Inn during our stop over to Carowinds. I can say nothing bad about this place breakfast bar was great and always stocked and ready throughout the entire breakfast. Right off the highway with shopping and restaurants near by, save the dollars and stay here might take you a few more minutes to drive over but well...

We stayed here so we could really play hard at Carowinds. My family and I werer really looking forward to taking a mid-day dip in the pool. Alas, the pool is not open (in MAY???) so we had to make to with the whirlpool tub in our suite, but it took a lifetime to fill.
After closing down the park,...

I stopped here on my way up to VIrginia with my wife and kids and the following morning, we left for breakfast and before we left i told my wife not to forget to put on her 18K gold hand made Peruvian bracelet (worth $3000) and of course she forgot. When we realized at the diner we were at, I...
