We spent a weekend here on business. The staff was excellent in every way. The catered food was good but the food in the restaurant was only fair. Our room was large, had a great bath, but the furnishings were only mediocre. Would I recommend it? Yes as long as you're not expecting five stars.

A girl's weekend in Charlotte was made so special by the accent on service of every hotel and restaurant employee we met.
