Great property, all suites. Clean, efficient staff, great location. Great courtyard with fire pitt style tables right off of the bar / restaurant area. Each room has a Hd flat screen tv. Located within walking distance from South Park Mall. Very upscale shoping and several restaurants and bars to choose from.

The DoubleTree continues to provide outstanding service. During my business travels I always make it a point to stay at a DoubleTree. The accomodations are always clean and organized along with the staff.

lovely room, good food in restaurant if limited menu, and very pretty location with a pleasing place to walk your doggie. A fee for internet which came as a surprise. We are Hilton honors members but not at a high enough level for free internet ..these days that extra cost is unwarranted .

Didn't realize that Doubletree was and all suites facility, so I was delighted when I checked in. The room and its amenities were extremely well kept and the service was first rate. i highly recommend this hotel in Charlotte.

We spent one night here on a business trip. Hotel, staff, and room were very good. What we especially liked was their re-cycling efforts with several individual receptacles in the room. The large room was not what we would consider a suite as there was no door between the bedroom and sitting room.

Service from desk was very helpful and friendly. Otherwise, it was average. Rooms were spacious, but beds were very uncomfortable. I would stay closer to downtown next time instead. Not worth the savings.
