Clean, new, spacious, no complaints. You really can't beat this hotel in this area of Charlotte and I am extremely picky.

Stay for about a week. Great comfortable place. The staff was excellent and the chef I believe his name was Matt was a breath of fresh air. I would hate to be near the people complaining about this place and the staff, seems they might have some issues they need to address themselves.
