Just spent one night at the Carolina Inn. Loved our room and service. Within walking distance from Franklin Street which is loaded with great restaurants and nightlife. Will go back again soon.

For the price, this hotel is just average. It wasn't the nicest place I've been, but I really don't have any complaints, especially considering the location for me. Front desk was very helpful. room was big enough . Interior could use updating, but not terrible. I will stay there again.

Three day stay in this beautiful hotel makes you calm and gives you a feel for the history and pride of unc. Breakfast is disappointing compared to the other meals and the coffee is not that great.
