I really enjoyed my stay at the Franklin hotel. Easy access to parking. Fantastic, made-to-order, complimentary breakfast. The room was beautifully decorated. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking Franklin Street. The service was great too -- very friendly staff! And Free Wi-Fi! :)

We had a great stay at The Franklin Hotel. The location can't be beat, the ambiance is very pleasant, and the people were friendly. Loved the atrium in the center of the hotel giving it an open, airy feel. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and speedy. And finally, the cookies at the reception desk were far too tasty!

Stayed at the Franklin Hotel for the Wynton Marsalis concert. This hotel is as nice as any I have visited. Everything about the hotel from staff to room to the fully cooked to order breakfast (included) was without equal. If ever in area I would stay no other place

I stay at here at least twice a year and am always welcomed and happy to return. The staff is attentive, remembers you and goes out of there way to make sure that you are happy - obliging with recommendations or "local" reviews. What a nice surprise when you travel 40% of your time!

The Franklin wasn't around when we were undergraduates in the 1980s, but it is a wonderful addition to the Franklin Street landscape. Conveniently located, nicely appointed and offering a delicious full breakfast, the Franklin can't be beat ... even by a 3-point Duke jump shot!

Very nice hotel with a great location in Chapel Hill. If you're not familiar with the area this hotel is located on the 'quieter' end of Franklin Street.
