“Very disappointing!”

After reading the review by Edward M and how nicely remodeled this motel was according to his review, we decided to stay here. The result was very disappointing as we settled into our room. “A Cut Above the Rest”

The ads said "Newly Renovated" It was indeed. Very spacious lobby. Great eating area for the free brerakfast. The room was really nice. The halls, rooms etc all had new carpet. Painting was fresh. All in all this was a VERY nice place.

“That's not our hair in the shower, bed, and towels”

I had a hard time sleeping with the heater going on and off reguarly. The room was fairly noisy. The quilt on one of the beds had a burn hole. In spite of this, the hotel was a good value and I'd consider staying again.

In response to your review, the Sleep Inn is in fact not a five star hotel; however, our standards exceed those of other 2 star hotels. The pillows are of standard size, not oversize, and our hotel being just six years young, has very comfy mattresses. The hardness or softness of a mattress is found to be a personal preference....
