We stayed in The Studio in early September and it was just lovely. The grounds are so peaceful and well-groomed and the lodging was comfy and private. It was particularly nice to have one's own washer & dryer while on vacation! I found the upstairs bedroom difficult to negotiate because of the wrought iron spiral staircase and I was not so comfortable in the upstairs bed, so I slept on the futon in the living room. Plenty of bedding for all options and possibilities and plenty of nice pillows, too. It's really good when places have extra pillows to choose from!
The property managers are responsive and professional. I had trouble with the front step because of my bad knee and they came and put in a ramp for me! That also made it easier to get things into and out of the house since we were hosting a wedding on the property as well. And, oh my....how wonderful they were with all of the little details pertaining to the wedding!!! They were pronto with golf-carts... More
