Our stay at the Ann Street Inn made our first trip to Beaufort, NC, the perfect getaway. After reading about America's #1 Small Town in a national travel magazine, we decided to celebrate our third wedding anniversary here. We stayed in the Duke of Beaufort room, which was so beautifully and tastefully decorated, with lots of natural light, a jacuzzi,... More

This was our second stay at Ann Street. We love Beaufort, so we have frequented it for many anniversaries. We have stayed at 2 other B&B's in Beaufort, but we'll never stay anywhere else but Ann Street Inn. Our room, Duke of Beaufort, was very comfortable. Loved opening the door to the porch and smelling the salt air. Donna is... More

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary in Beaufort, NC and stayed in the Duke of Beaufort room at the Ann Street Inn. The room was a touch smaller than it appeared on the website, but was very clean, which isn't always the case at B&Bs. The location was a couple blocks off of the main street, which made it very... Donna Babington, Ann Street Inn's owner, was a wonderful hostess. Not your typical hostess, either, as she was quick to make us feel welcome and amongst friends.  Our bedroom, the Duke of Beaufort, had it's own private bathroom that even came with a jacuzzi. The size of the bathroom was nearly half the size of our bedroom...more than enough room... More

If you love B&B's but don't care for the stuffy attitude one finds in many, the Ann Street Inn offers a refreshing alternative. An intimate setting with only three guestrooms, one is treated more like a cherished friend than a guest. Donna, the innkeeper, is gracious, informal and quite entertaining! Donna is an excellent cook, drawing on her New Orleans... More

You will love the charm of this fabulous Bed & Breakfast! The owner, Donna, is a great hostess that makes you feel right at home. Donna is well connected to the community and the Inn's location is outstanding. She has bikes and kayaks available for guests. Each room has it's own special charm and the porches are fabulous. We look... More

My husband and I stayed at the Ann Street Inn for three delightful days and cannot say enough about the inn, the owner (Donna) and the town. The house, built in 1823, is in the historic district of Beaufort (don't stay anywhere else - you will really feel the history of this third oldest settlement in NC by staying right... More

Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in the Duke of Beaufort suite at the Ann Street Inn. We were greeted like old friends and Donna and Joe made us feel right at home. The hot breakfast was fantastic, the porches, the location, everything exceeded expectations. We will definitely be back!
