Not your typical hostess, either, as she was quick to make us feel welcome and amongst friends.  Our bedroom, the Duke of Beaufort, had it's own private bathroom that even came with a jacuzzi. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in the Duke of Beaufort suite at the Ann Street Inn. We were greeted like old friends and Donna and Joe made us feel right at home. The hot breakfast was fantastic, the porches, the location, everything exceeded expectations. We will definitely be back!
