The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay...no protein, no service, but it was fast and better than McDonalds, for sure. Front desk was healpful with directions, etc,

Ok, so our water was brown,, could not shower. When asking the front desk about it, they sent Baboo, the maintenance man who came with a can of Pledge to our bathroom, for what we still don't know. Don't listen to these complainers. We needed to stay over 1 night for a funeral. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed, iron, blowdryer, cable tv, wifi, breakfast and well stocked vending machines down the hall. Those elevators behind a door are typical in older NY buildings. Good value for the money.

Dirty and unfriendly staff. We had to go down the street to the royal regency to eat beautifull place next time I come back I'll be staying at the regency.

Stayed there on business last summer. Place was dirty. They had to change my room twice ( 1-Toilet Cracked/leaking, 2-Air did not work. Disgusting place. Never stay at a Ramada again. Same problem in Rutland VT Ramada. They need to burn them all down and build a new one from the ground up.

We stayed here because the room was only $99. Which is a heck of a lot cheaper than staying in Manhattan. Very old property which appears to have at least been updated within the last 5 years. At least it was relatively clean, however the rooms are extremely small! I would only stay again if I absolutely had no other choice!
