I stayed in this place twice before about 3-4 years ago when it was fairly new. It is showing its age, while stylish its not really kept up as good as it could be. My toilet seat and shower door were both in need of minor repair. Breakfast typical. not great. It is a good value for the NYC area

hotel was fine, no complaints. when guests in adjacent room checked in late and were very noisy, i called the front desk and staff handled the issue immediately which i appreciated. we would stay there again when we visit family nearby.
