Location on the beach amazing. That's it. Otherwise it hasn't been updated in probably 40 years. Everything is old dingy and rusty. Locks broken. Bathroom is unbelievably bad- nearly 0 water pressure. Tiny, broken tiles, lights not working. I would have rather slept in the car

I understand that this is the Hamptons, so the hotels are expensive. However, I was unprepared for the disaster that was the Dune Deck Hotel. They charged $350 per night for a room essentially in the basement. The towels were clearly stained with black crust. The door to the bathroom did not close, so we had to stand at the... More

I find this review disturbing on a couple of different accounts. The price is a truth, but the other details of the review are impossible. First of all, we do not have a basement at the Dune Deck Hotel. There are ground floor rooms, which is where this guest most likely stayed, but again they are on the ground floor... More

I think the staff was very friendly but I do agree with the other reviews. The pool is only open until 5 which is ridiculous and the sofa beds in our "sweet" we're little and could most definitely use an upgrade. I did have a great time and I think if they put in a little effort into changing some... More

We had our wedding and reception at Dune Deck Hotel and Saltwater Grill. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Joanne and Robbie thank you so much!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. All our guests have raved about it! Food was excellent, tropical flavored... More

This was my second summer staying at the Dune Deck Hotel. After a great stay last summer, my girlfriend and I headed out again. The room we previously had, a very nice Deck Premium out by the pool was already booked up but we were accommodated in a really nice unit out by the dunes. Very private, a little bit... More

Nice beach but truly terrible rooms and gross bathrooms, with dingy carpets and a stained pull-out couch, hideously overpriced at over $500 per night. Worst of all, the hotel "building" is basically a wooden shack and you will be able to hear every word spoken in the adjoining rooms. We could not get any sleep due to hard-partying guests in... As the property manager of Dune Deck Hotel, I feel this is an unfair review of the services we provided. Upon the first noise complaint, our night shift worker responded to the call and went out to issue a warning. After this initial warning, (without ever mentioning to the staff that there was another disturbance) the unhappy guests decided to... More

The best I can say it is on the beach. Very ordinary rooms. Small pool that closes at 5:00!! Forget a nice late swim after a day at beach..... Fighting to get pool chairs. Public restaurant that is noisy and crowded. Food is okay nothing special. No place for breakfast... Need to go to town for coffee!!

Was just there this past weekend but their website must show the few nice rooms available. We booked a few rooms and all were furnished with old & dirty furniture (nothing like they show on their website). We also had many ants along the sink. We booked this place because of location - on the beach , the bar &... More

We had our wedding in the hamptons this summer and we and all of our guests (close to 75 people) stayed at the Dune Deck for a long weekend. The pool, the beach, and the staff were amazing. We were a large crowd and they went out of their way to make sure everyone had everything they needed. The beach... More
