This is my 3rd time staying here and I think it's great! PROS: safe, secluded area, 100% non-smoking, very inexpensive (when you name your own price), clean modern rooms WITH NO CARPETS (which hotels never seem to clean thoroughly), accessible power for electronics, medical equipment CONS: no free breakfast

Me & my family stay at the Redroof at the last moment.. I can said it was a pleasure to stay there the front desk lady Wanda was a great help to us. We never been to NY and did not where to go. She pointed out all the right places from dining to entertainment. I would differently stay again

The title says it all, this hotel wasn't bad at all for a one night stay last weekend, but I had some billing errors upon returning home, which just today got resolved after 6 days and e-mails back and forth between myself and the hotel's general manager.
