Do not think that by the name of this development you will be overlooking the beach, you will probably not. It is a very narrow intensively developed low rise site that is accessed from Kent Street, one block back from the seafront. Nice clean rooms and value for money. Nothing special and I do recommend to stay if you require a clean apartment close to beach.
