stayed here for 2 nights and rooms were perfect with 2 bunk beds for kids. entry is direct to Europa Park from this hotel and the park is amazingly good with very very good attractions, there is even a Europa Park Train station at the hotel gate so not a problem when you are tired and want to get back... Our family of five spent a weekend at this hotel in a family room. While the kids really liked the bunk beds, I felt that the "rustic" theme was just an excuse to not update the furnishings and décor. The room had one bathroom with a separate room for the parents. There were two bunk beds and a sofa sleeper.... More

I have a hectic travel schedule. I travel domestically in the US and internationally to Europe several times each quarter. I was in Rust for World Hosting Days, which is a major conference and stayed at the Hotel El Andaluz. I wasn't expecting much when I booked the hotel I just wanted a clean room, internet access so I could... More

The hotel theme is spot on. The designers really went out of their way to get the Spanish feel. Rooms are spotless. However, they could use more to accomodate the 4 star rating, like hot water, fridge, airco. minor point: no internet range. I recommend a visit to the free sauna. Ask for a room around the court yard.

The theme is obviously Spanish, and it's carried right through the hotel. Lots of rustic exposed wood, lots of olde worlde fittings, lots of Moorish columns, and lots of wrought iron baulstrading. The trouble is, I've been to Spain, and I haven't stayed in any Spanish hotels that actually look like this! Never the less, the rooms are clean, the... More

I stayed at another park hotel, but had to check in at this hotel and have my breakfast there. Check-in was friendly and quick as there weren't long queues. Person serving me could speak English, but didn't seem to have heard about the fact when you arrive in the afternoon of your first night, you are meant to be given... More

Arrived last minute without a reservation, so didn't have much choice of rooms, but requested quiet. It may have been in a quiet area if there had not been bells chiming on a regular basis, and noisy late night revelers outside and in the next room. Our theme room was cute, but with no extra amenties: no kettle, no refrig,... More

The Andaluz hotel at the Europapark resort is the oldest hotel but still in excellent conditions. It's directly located at the theme park and has a direct entrance to the park. The rooms are spacious and very clean, only one comment, the pillows are to small, but when you ask for an extra one their bringing you directly another one.... More

During our 3 days in the EuropaPark we spent one night at this hotel (see other review from Hotel Colosseo). We liked it very much, however preferred the other hotel. The hotel is located in the Spanish quarter of the park and has 2 bars and one larger (buffet) restaurant. There's a swimming pool too. The rooms are spacious and... More

We stayed at this hotel for a second night during our park stay. The night before we stayed at the close-by Hotel Colosseo which also belongs to the Europa Park. Although we prefer the newer hotel Colosseo, the Hotel El Andaluz offers the same value for money. I think it was the first park-owned hotel and is still in very... More
