This place needs a severe makeover. The hotel has a shabby, dirty feel to it. Rooms are adequate. There are much better hotels nearby for similar rates. The website is deceptive and the hotel is nothing like the pictures. The management needs to bring it up to a good standard or people will not return and that includes me! More

The hotel is located is a very narrow street which huge traffic flows from both sides. Not ample parkingg space. Went there to attend a 2 days seminar with colleagues. Food was very bad and the service was also very poor. Think twice before staying there. More

I stayed at hotel dolpin for one day, it was indeed a bad experience, the staff is not trained at all, all they say is sorry for every mistake/shortcomings, the aircon was very noisy. the food was no much oily and spiecy.. will not recomment this hotle as considering the quality of service, it is very much overpriced. More
