Filthy and dirty. The staff was rude. Colluding with makemytrip people to fleece the guest. Makemytrip had issued a booking with no taxes to be paid to me and also issue a voucher to hotel residency to collect taxes from the guest.

Its very budget but cheep property to stay if you want to pay same amount of money stay in president which is more executive and respectful. Was very apprehensive at first after reading mixed reviews.. Initial part of the stay was bad.. room had dirty bed covers and stained towels.. also there was problem in phone connection so had to go down to the reception to complain.. after that it was much better.. new room was clean and towels were fresh.. staff was courteous and friendly...
