Rating the Avalon apartments is tricky because you have to keep in mind what they are. These are long-term stay 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, not a typical hotel room. Therefore there is no daily cleaning, no change of towels, etc. There are laundry facilities in the basement at $1.50/load for washing and there is cleaning service available for $15/hour... More
